Pegasus FBO Peer Group meets three times a year, May, September and January. Our Group gatherings are opportunities to learn from one another, hear from industry experts, exchange ideas and share best practices. We also make time in each meeting agenda to proactively focus on high level strategic issues, such as … economic trends, political legislation and industry shifts
In our Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) sessions, they gain invaluable insight by comparing key financial and operational data against other high-performing FBOs. Each meeting also allows ample time for networking and group activities.
Responsive All Year Round
So what happens throughout the rest of the year? That’s when we really get down to business, focusing on the tactical, day-to-day issues.
This is a small and close-knit group that continues to build strong ties and good rapport with each other. Almost daily, members offer group feedback or one-to-one comments and support.
On any given day members are shooting each other emails…
“What economic factors are you foreseeing that may impact fuel supply & pricing?…”
“I have a 727 that’s parking at my site for two days. What should I charge?”…
The responses come fast and furious. As a member, getting that instant feedback from people you trust and who understand your business is truly invaluable.
