Pegasus FBO Peer Group is an association of high-performing fixed base operators that provides a confidential exchange of experiences, problems, ideas and solutions at regular meetings. Since our founding in1997, members have come together to compare best practices, key financial indicators and insights on operational data. Our retained moderator, Gary Polain, plans and manages each group meeting.
Collaborative, Not Competitive
Our unique forum allows members the rare opportunity of frank and candid discussion. Each member operates in a distinct geographic area, so we are free of immediate competition, fostering an environment of support, encouragement, and shared learning experiences.
Full Participation is Required
The success of the group depends on the consistent attendance of every member at all scheduled meetings.
Each member is obligated to make contributions of ideas and experiences. Having spent considerable time on advance preparation, members deserve and are entitled to receive such information from each and every other member as well.
Group membership involves the following investments:
Group dues of approximately $200/month
Roughly $1,500 of travel, meal and hotel costs associated with each meeting
