Financial Performance Benchmarking
How does your company stack up against industry standards? During performance benchmarking sessions, we compare financial performance among all FBO members. Monitoring key performance indicators such as fuel costs, sales, profits and maintenance margin, we develop timely GA business strategies for helping members cut costs and improve profitability.
On-site Facility Assessment
Three times a year our group comes together to meet—usually at one of our member’s locations. Let’s face it, we’re all curious to see how the “other guy’s doing it,” and our meetings offer a chance to take a peek into each others’ operations.
But remember, this is a give-and-take organization. Each meeting is a rare opportunity to have 10 or so of your peers observe your operation with their own eyes and assess your performance—what’s working well in your facility and what you could be doing better.
